The Role:
The IT Field Support Engineer will be responsible for both resolving technical issues and implementation of new IT projects for our clients. These services are completed onsite at our client sites or remotely via our customer service desk.

The Person:
The ideal candidate will have a good Technical background with experience in hardware and software support. The person should have excellent organisational skills and good communication skills both on the phone and written.

Responsibilities :

Include working closely with our customers in delivering high quality support while ensuring that changes and enhancements are carried out properly and on a timely basis. The successful candidate should also be able to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining clear and efficient communications with management and customers.

Experience:
Minimum 3 to 4 years industry experience in a similar role with technical knowledge of following: MS Windows Server, MS Exchange 2000 onwards, Windows 7, Vista, XP Professional and/or MS Terminal/Citrix Server, Firewalls & Routers
